Shipping & Returns
All Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Only one credit card may be used per transaction.
We accept the following payment methods.

Currently we only ship to the United States.
When we have special offers, the coupon code sent via our marketing emails can be applied directly to your order. Simply enter the promotional code in the space provided in the Shopping Bag and hit the "Checkout" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your total order cost at checkout. It will not appear on a line-item basis.
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax by state.
We have the following shipment options.

20 USD fee applies.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of checking out. This email tells you that your order was received. You will see a charge on your card directly after checking out.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a USPS or UPS tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for USPS or UPS to update the status of your delivery.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
Do allow up to 48 hours for processing time.
Orders placed by 12 pm ET will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12 pm ET will be processed the following business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order in two ways:
1. Check your email. Your tracking number will be in your shipment confirmation email.
2. If you have a registered account on artandeden.com you can check the status of your order any time.
Returning your item(s) is a straight forward process.
Returns must be made within 30 days of your original invoice.
A 8 USD return fee will be deducted from the credit or refund.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with original tags attached.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise returned, less an $8 return fee to cover shipping and restocking.
Refunds will be credited in the same method as was utilized for payment.
When sending a return, we recommend that you send it using the Smart Label included with the packaging slip.
Simply affix the label on the outside of your return package and drop your package of, at your local UPS counter.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive the goods, in their original condition, your original form of payment will be credited within 2 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your returns have been verified and your refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from artandeden.com. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received your refund has been processed.
TRACKING YOUR RETURN
You can track your return by using the tracking number on the Smart Label.
