SHIPPING COUNTRIES
Currently we only ship to the United States (excluding Hawaii).

When we have special offers, the coupon code sent via our marketing emails can be applied directly to your order. Simply enter the promotional code in the space provided in the Shopping Bag and hit the "Checkout" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your total order cost at checkout. It will not appear on a line-item basis.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order is placed. This email tells you that your order was received. If you did not receive this email please double check your junk mail folder. You will see a charge on your card directly after checking out. 

PROCESSING
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete.
Do allow up to 24 hours (1 business day) for processing time.
Orders placed by 10am EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the following business day.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a UPS tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for UPS to update the status of your delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order in two ways:
1. Check your email. Your tracking number will be in your shipment confirmation email.
2. If you have a registered account on artandeden.com you can check the status of your order any time.

EASY RETURNS

  1. Contact customerservice@artandeden.com or complete this form to obtain an RMA#
    1. Failure to obtain RMA# will result in $6 restocking fee per return
  2. Within 24 hours (1 business day), you will receive RMA# to include in your return package.
  3. Simply affix the USPS return shipping label included with the packing slip, and drop off at your local US Post Office.

RETURN POLICY & GUIDELINES

  • All regular priced items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will be credited in the same method as was utilized for payment.
  • All regular priced items with a promotional discount code entered can be returned within 30 days.
  • All Sale items purchased with no promotional discount code entered, will be Final Sale, and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • If you did not follow the procedure to obtain an RMA there will be a $6 restocking fee per return deducted from your refund. 

All garments must meet these requirements for a full refund to take place:

  • The garment must be in original condition, not worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway (including scent of garment).
  • If the garment does not meet all of these requirements, the item(s) will be shipped back to the shipping address on the order.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive the goods, in their original condition, your original form of payment will be credited within 2 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your returns have been verified and your refund has been processed.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from artandeden.com.

TRACKING YOUR RETURN
You can track your return by using the tracking number on the Smart Label.

EXCHANGES
art & eden does not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange, please follow our return procedure, and purchase your new item item online. We are happy to assist you with a return and reorder.
